Macquarie University Village provides tourists, groups and independent travellers a range of affordable accommodation options at Macquarie University.

The Village offers contemporary, self-contained five-bedroom apartments, with each bedroom featuring its own ensuite bathroom. Electronic swipe cards provide 24-hour security and quick and easy access to your room and Village facilities.

Directly across the road is the University’s sports centre, offering access to indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, squash courts and a golf range. The Macquarie Centre shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk away and has an ice rink, movie cinema and retail outlets for those needing a fashion fix.

Availability: Our apartments are generally available to guests during University holiday periods. However, should apartments be available during teaching periods, we would be more than happy to accommodate you. If we are unable to offer you accommodation, UWS Village (located nearby in Parramatta) offers short stay rooms to guests all year round.

Macquarie University Village is located within easy reach of restaurants, cafes and local attractions. You can find us on the main campus of Macquarie University at 122 Culloden Road, corner of Culloden Road and Waterloo Road (see map). We are:

• Across the road from the University's new sports centre
• 10 minutes walk to the Macquarie Centre shopping mall
• 10 minutes by bus to the North Ryde Golf Club and Olympic Park stadiums
• 30 minutes by bus to the Sydney CBD

Multiple bus routes around Macquarie University, as well as the new Macquarie University train station, offer a range of convenient ways to get around Sydney.

Our Waterloo and Culloden rooms are ideal for group conferences and meetings. The rooms connect to an outdoor entertainment deck surrounded by Village greenery, providing a convenient break-out area for special functions and events. Equipment hire and catering can be organised upon request.
