PHONE

The Village now boasts a full PABX telephone system, with residents able to contact other apartments at no charge, just like a hotel. Every apartment has a handset installed onto the wall in the living room, with each resident having their own telephone account, pin number and voicemail.

Contacting the on-call resident assistant is as simple as dialing ‘555’ from any phone in the Village.

Contacting Security is as also just as simple by dialing ‘222’ from any phone in the Village.

There is no monthly line rental, like what is paid with external telephone companies. Just a compulsory once per year phone connection fee of $50. Then all that you are charged is what you use. With local phone calls only costing 20 cents, its much cheaper than using your mobile!

Rates have been negotiated for calls to mobile phones, STD and International. These call rates can be obtained from Village Reception.

INTERNET PLANS

Freedom One Hour @ $5.00

You will receive one hour of Internet access at 1024K/256K connection speed after completing the signup process. You can pay by either Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/Bankcard/American Express only) or with a $5.00 Prepaid Card (available at the Administration Office at the Village) during the signup process.

Your one hour session will start right after you finish the signup, NOT from your first logon. The session will last for one hour, and during that one hour you can login and logout as many times as you want, but the session won't stop counting time while you are logged out. For example: You complete the signup at 10:30AM, your one hour session will end at 11:30AM, you can login & logout during this one hour period, but you will not be able to login after 11:30AM, even though you have not been logged on for one hour in full.

Your account will automatically be cancelled after the one hour session is finished. You cannot recharge to continue using your account. If you want to use the Internet for another hour or more, you will have to complete the signup process again.

Casual 48 Hours @ $22.00

You will receive 48 hours of Internet access at 1024K/256K connection speed after completing the signup process. You can pay by either Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/Bankcard/American Express only) or with a $22.00 Prepaid Card (available at the Administration Office at the Village) during the signup process.

Your 48 hour session will start right after you finish the signup, NOT from your first logon. The session will last for 48 hours, and during that 48 hour period you can login & logout as many times as you want, but the session won't stop counting time while you are logged out. For example: You complete the signup at 10:30AM on Monday 6th Nov 2006, your 48 hour session will end at 10:30AM on Wednesday 8th Nov 2006. You can login & logout during this 48 hour period, but you will not be able to login after 10:30AM on Wednesday 8th Nov 2006, even though you have not been logged on for the 48 hour period in full. There is a 2G (2000MB) download data limit during this 48 hour period.

Your account will automatically be cancelled after the 48 hour session is finished or if you have reached the 2G (2000MB) download data limit even though you have not yet finished the 48 hour session. You cannot recharge to continue using your account. If you want to use the Internet for another 48 hours or more, you will have to complete the signup process again.

Monthly Standard @ $40.00/Month

You will receive 30 days of Internet access at 512K/128K connection speed after completing the signup process. You can pay by either Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/Bankcard/American Express only) or with a $40.00 Prepaid Card (available at the Administration Office inside the Village) during the signup process.

Your 30 day session starts right after you finish the signup, NOT from your first logon. There is no download data limit, however after you have downloaded 10G (10000MB) of data within any 30 day period, your connection speed will be limited to 64K/64K until your next 30 days starts.

Your Credit Card will automatically be billed for another $40.00 after every 30 days until you cancel the account, or you can recharge your account with a new $40.00 Prepaid Card via the user self-service page if you were using a Prepaid Card during the signup.

Monthly Power @ $60.00/Month

You will receive 30 days of Internet access at 1024K/256K connection speed after completing the signup process. You can pay by either Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard/Bankcard/American Express only) or with a $60.00 Prepaid Card (available at the Administration Office at the Village) during the signup.

Your 30 day session starts right after you finish the signup, NOT from your first logon. There is no download data limit, however after you have downloaded 20G (20000MB) of data within any 30 day period, your connection speed will be limited to 64K/64K until your next 30 days starts.

Your Credit Card will automatically be billed for another $60.00 after every 30 days until you cancel the account, or you can recharge your account with a new $60.00 Prepaid Card via the user self-service page if you were using a Prepaid Card during the signup.
