If you will be departing the Village this year prior to 31st December 2009, you will need to notify Macquarie University Village Administration of your departure date. You can notify Macquarie University Village Administration by completing the following online departure notice form.

Residents intending to stay at the Village past the end of the academic year may be required to move to a different room or apartment.

You will be notified well in advance if we require you to move rooms/apartments. Your room must be completely empty of all your personal belongings and left clean.
