RESIDENTIAL FEES
The Residential Fee is the fee for occupying a room at the Village and enjoying the facilities of the Village.
The Fee is payable in advance on either a fortnightly, half yearly or yearly basis to the 31st December.
Payments are direct debited against a resident’s Australian bank accounts or nominated credit card (VISA or MasterCard). A schedule of dates for debiting of payments will be provided on confirmation of your residential agreement.
After accepting an offer of accommodation at the Village, you are required to sign a formal Residential Agreement with the Village. The Agreement will set out in detail the arrangements for the occupation of a room in the Village and the rights and obligations of both you and the Village.
The Village offers numerous accommodation types, which will suit different requirements and budgets.
Residential Agreements are for 52 week periods – from 1st of January until the 31st of December.
You will be entitled to occupy your room throughout this period. You will not be required to vacate your room during the mid year break and you can continue to occupy your room after the end of the academic year if you wish.
The rates are quoted on a weekly basis, for both single apartment occupancy and a single room in a multi occupancy apartment.
