Our program is designed to suit the Village community and we’re always open to your suggestions. Please let us know if there’s an event you’d like to see at the Village.

Live
There are always plenty of ways to meet new people and have fun. Our events may include:
- Pancake breakfasts
- Sporting competitions
- Movie nights
- Themed parties
- Ski trips
- Surf lessons
Learn
Of course, we haven’t forgotten the reason you’re at uni in the first place. We help promote academic success with:
- Study groups
- Senior student support
- Purpose built study spaces
- Seminars on exam techniques
We also have fantastic facilities to support your studies, including high speed internet access (charges apply), ample study space in bedrooms and an e-library with computers, printers and internet access.
Grow
We offer plenty of opportunities for residents to learn about different cultures, contribute to the community and learn new skills that you can use throughout university and beyond. Events may include:
- Classes on cooking and cleaning
- Resume writing workshops
- International food festivals
- Guest speakers
- Involvement with local charities
